The Yoga for Mental Wellness class will include pranayama (breathing exercises),
mindful movement, meditation, and relaxation all geared towards calming our nervous
system, uplifting our mood, reducing stress and fatigue and increasing our energy. Our
practice will also build our body awareness as well as it’s strength and flexibility and helps
us learn the power of the present moment.
